Terms of Service and Refund Policy | Aviator Web Design, LLC

We want you to be happy with the services we provide at Aviator Web Design.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you may notify Aviator Web Design within 30 days from the date of your payment. If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial or complete refund based upon: the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant.

Aviator Web Design maintains exclusive copyright for all files, images, text and intellectual property rendered and/or distributed by our company at all times until 6 months after the date of final delivery to you, the client. If a client disputes a monetary charge within 6 months of the delivery date, Aviator Web Design reserves the right to reclaim all aforementioned items and the client agrees to immediately relinquish any and all rights and possession to any and all materials they have received from Aviator Web Design. Until this time, the client agrees not to modify or distribute any content, files, materials, plans or any other items they have received from Aviator Web Design unless given Aviator Web Design's express written permission to do so.
